The Faculty of Law, through the university studies of master’s in the specialization Penal Studies and Administration and Labor Relations In The Inner- and Community Law contributes to special training in the legal field.

THE PENAL STUDIES Specialization (1 year, full-time) aims to deepen the knowledge in the field of criminal law, forensics and eradications of corruption, reviewing judicial practice in matters of criminal law and criminal procedural law, in line with existing solutions in the field of the member countries in the European Union. These courses are aimed at those working in public prosecution office, courts, law firms or those who wish to enter such institutions and improve their theoretical and practical knowledge.

THE ADMINISTRATION AND LABOR RELATIONS IN THE INNER- AND COMMUNITY LAW Specialization (1 year, full-time) is designed as a way of supplementing and perfecting the training of all lawyers but also other categories of graduates of higher education. Through the organization and content, the knowledge can provide practical action, political and diplomatic achievement for strengthening the system and legislation. This specialization offers students the opportunity for familiarization with concrete matters related to adapting the Romanian legislation with the legal requirements of the European Union.
